Underdogs No More: Buffalo Bills Favored In Every Game For 2022

Published

on

The Buffalo Bills schedule has been out for a while now. If you’re a bettor you may have noticed something about it. For those who don’t follow the odds closely, the Bills are favored to win every single matchup of the 2022 NFL season. The season opener on Thursay Night Football in L.A. against the reigning Super Bowl champs? Favored. What about the Monday Night Football game against the AFC Champion Cincinnati Bengals? Favored.

Buffalo Bills: Favored In Every Way

The schedule was released on May 12th, and the hype for the season has only grown since then. Josh Allen leads the early MVP odds, and has stayed in the headlines as of late. He’s at +700 to win and those who are wanting to get in an early bet should look through this list of promo codes for Caesars Sportsbook when deciding to get their first bet in. It’s a risk betting on him this early in the year, but that’s why there are advantages on using the codes. Meanwhile, the offense around Allen continues to add more depth and firepower.

Not only that, the team as a whole is vastly improved in just about every area of weakness. The running back room now features a top-tier pass-catching prospect to diversify the offense. The addition of rookie CB Kaiir Elam in the first round of the draft, and Von Miller in a revamped defensive line, has us on the cusp of legendary status. As a result, they’re favored to do everything, including bringing home the trophy.

How Far We’ve Come

It’s been a long road to get to this era of dominance. We haven’t been this highly favored in a long time. All the way back in 2000, the Buffalo Bills started their infamous 17-year playoff drought. Tyrod Taylor as QB1, and the introduction of Sean McDermott, dispelled those demons that plagued us for so long. Then, the subsequent selection of Josh Allen with the seventh overall pick of the 2018 NFL Draft put us on a collision course with greatness.

That 2017-18 season was tough, and the league had no real expectations of us, but we narrowly squeaked into the postseason. Things are different now, with all eyes on the Buffalo Bills to take a shot at the Super Bowl. We may be highly favored nationally, but can we really bring home the Lombardi for the first time in team history? We have all the pieces in place. All that matters now is getting into the postseason and winning three games. Just three.
