Let’s leave last week in last week. There are plenty of problems, but I trust in the process and McDermott. The reports coming out of practice this week show that the Bills are all business. I’m honestly feeling a little scared for the Jets. Here are my Week 10 predictions.
Previously on Bills Vs Jets (Week 7, 2020 season)
The last matchup between these divisional rivals had the Bills winning 18-10. However, it was a frustrating game with only one TD scored, and not from the Bills. but, my guy Tyler Bass scored all of Buffalo’s points going 6/8 in FG and setting a then personal best of 53 yards. As much as I love him, I don’t want to see a repeat performance.
Prediction #1: Comeback Game for Josh Allen
Allen himself admitted to unusually bad game last week. In his own words he “played like shit”. Not all blame can fall to him, but there did seem to be a re-emergence of rookie Josh Allen. A sad development considering his this far MVP caliber play.
So this week, MVP Allen come back. I’ve never seen so angry during a presser before so if I were the Jets, I’d be worried. Allen will come out slinging over 320 yards, and at least 4 totals TDs. The Allen haters seemed to have come out of the woodwork again, so he needs to send them back. And he will.
Prediction #2: Sack City
Shockingly, the Jets O-Line is actually worse than the Bills O-Line. So this stellar Bills D-Line should have no problems this week. Should have. Should.
The Bills will sack White over 3 times. One from Rousseau, one from a DB, and one from Oliver. Oliver is hungry, feed him.
Prediction #3: Diggs is back
I haven’t had any issues with the offensive game plan in terms of utilised players. But it’s been clear that Allen has missed having Diggs as a target. All last season Diggs was the one guy that Allen could trust to always be open. That’s not been as available but with the emergence of Knox and Sanders it’s not been necessary. After last week though, it’s necessary.
Diggs is gonna have a game this week. Watch him transform into the leading receiver he was last season. With Knox still questionable and Beasley not able to get many YAC, Diggs is the weapon needed. He’ll be the go to man on Sunday.
Prediction #4: #NFLsSwaggiestKicker
I really don’t want a repeat performance of the last Jets game. Bass showed off his talent but it’s not something I wish to see again against a 2-6 opponent.
However, with the way Bass has been playing, I’m sure he’ll get the opportunity for at least one 50+ yard FG. Maybe even 60’s. And being the stud he is, he’ll make it.
Bills make a comeback this week and prove to everyone why they were the predicted to make a Super Bowl appearance at the end of this season. The Jets will be embarrassed at home and the Bills will continue to dominate the AFC East division.
A much needed win in Week 10 to settle those haters.
