Buffalo Bills: Things We Know This Week

“Good times for a change. See, the luck I’ve had can make a good man turn bad. So please, please, please- Let me, let me, let me. Let me get what I want this time.” – The Smiths
Please, Please, Please… do not let The Buffalo Bills lose to Skylar Thompson. No. No. Not the Miami Dolphins. Not the Fish Again. Find a… Happy Place.
“Find a Happy Place. Find a Happy Place.” – Lloyd Christmas
Buffalo was a 13.5-point favorite and surged to a 17-0 lead. The lead quickly dissipated as the Dolphins found great rewards with short fields, successful field goals and a game-tying TD before eventually claiming a 24-20 lead. Once Buffalo regained the lead, they never gave it up. Smashing.
“The turnovers really hurt us … we let them back in the game. We’re up 17-0 with (other) chances and I give them the ball two times (on interceptions) and a (fumble for a) touchdown.”

Miami must have known Skylar Thompson would still be available where they selected him later in the seventh round of the 2022 draft. They selected CAMERON GOODE with an earlier pick in that very same round. Thompson and Goode both safely selected and secured many picks before the San Francisco 49ers closed out the entire draft by pouncing on BROCK PURDY. BRILLIANT!
“There is more money here than we could spend in 10 lifetimes. Please tell me, how much is enough? How big does this pile have to be?”
Skylar thompson
Was Mike McDaniel vaping on the sideline in Orchard Park? Who cares? We squeaked out a win during the Super Wild Card Weekend, continuing our Super Goal!
“I’m very excited to get the opportunity to watch who I feel will be the team that’s going to eventually represent the AFC in the Super Bowl. I know obviously, it’s one game at a time. But watching this Bills team, you feel like they’re destined to be that team to represent the AFC. So I’m excited to watch them play in person again and see the guys have that success.”
