Buffalo Bills: Things We Know This Week

Something in the way, yeah. Mmm-mmm

TBD. The slot for Buffalo’s Week #15 game will be announced during the season. Flex games traditionally have a slotted time with the option to bump the kickoff to a more attractive time. The matchup has the potential to be the big TV draw if the season plays out certain ways. Not this one. This one strictly is listed as TBD. One thing is certain: the Miami Dolphins have to come to Orchard Park in mid December to battle the explosive Buffalo football team. They could additionally have to battle the winter weather. No matter WHERE-OR-WHEN the game is played, Squish those fish.

When: Week #16.

The place: Soldier Field, Chicago.

Time: 1 pm.

Channel: CBS

Opponent: Chicago Bears.

I do not see the Bears as a really threatening team. I do expect Justin Fields to take a big step this season in his progression as an NFL quarterback. His “giant leap for man kind” will still come up short against the loaded Buffalo Bills squad.

Something the way, yeah. Mmm-mmm

Week #17 brings us the Defending AFC Champion Bengals of the Queen City. They collide with the Mighty Bills of the Queen City. Prediction: A Monday night primetime game will result in a victory by the Queen City. Isn’t That Special?

TBD again! Week #18 brings the always challenging Bill Belichick coached Patriots team. The legendary coach chose to go against most teams’ draft boards again with his questionable picks, some of them being quite the reach. But of course they are not bad picks. No way. He is just one step ahead of everyone else in his own mind. Buffalo has the golden opportunity to pull out the brooms for the season sweep. The Patriots are so 2000-2020. Duh.

Things we know about the Buffalo Bills this week:

Conor Orr of Sports Illustrated has predicted the Bills will defeat the Green Bay Packers in the Super Bowl this coming season. Not too shabby.

Orr also forecasts that Von Miller will break his own single game sack record by recording 3.5 sacks…. TWICE. Yes, two separate games. Very Nice.

Orr has aggressively proclaimed that Josh Allen will throw for 40 plus touchdowns. Ay, caramba.

I am semi-retired leaving my enjoyable 24 year management career due to multiple health issues. My dad retired from The Buffalo News after 49 years. I have been an avid fan for quite some time. Got that Marv Levy Fight Song In My Head for absolutely no reason.
