BREAKING: Buffalo Secures Deep Threat John Brown on Three-Year Deal

A year after nearly signing with Buffalo, John Brown has signed on the dotted line committing to a three-year pact worth 27 million dollars with the Bills after spending the 2018 season with the Baltimore Ravens.

The narrative around the Bills offense heading into this offseason was to build a “track team” around franchise quarterback Josh Allen. Brandon Beane and company took a huge step in the right direction in securing Brown on Tuesday afternoon. Brown brings serious speed to the Bills receiving corps, having 4.3 second, forty-yard dash speed.

Brown is coming off a season that saw him play in all 16 games for Baltimore with 15 starts. He compiled 42 receptions on 97 targets, finishing with 715 yards and five touchdowns on a team that saw both Joe Flacco and Lamar Jackson struggle in the passing game. Brown also averaged an even 17 yards per reception, which was 9^th best in the NFL in 2018.

Brandon Beane and company are not messing around when it comes to improving the receiving corps that have long been a struggle in Buffalo. Brown gives Josh Allen another deep threat along with Robert Foster to make the big play potential in Buffalo a real threat.

Brown figures to slot in as a starting receiver along with a combination of Zay Jones/Robert Foster along with newly signed Cole Beasley filling the slot position. Buffalo is not messing around, and the rest of the AFC needs to take notice.
