Buffalo Bills BF Madden Sim: Bills cruise past the Dolphins 52-19

BF Madden Sim

It was a dominating victory for Buffalo on Sunday at New Era Field. The Bills played a heck of a game. The offense was lethal and the defense was dominant en route to a Bills impressive showing. The Bills record now sit at 9-2 as they aim for a top spot in the conference. Here are some takeaways from Sunday’s game.

Singletary has a day

Devin Singletary may have been the best player on the field for the Buffalo Bills. He rushed for over 100 yards and touchdowns. He was also a reliable option in the passing game catching four passes for 44 yards and a touchdown. The effort made Singletary the AFC offensive player of the week. It was a fantastic game by Singletary, easily his best of the season.

 Perfection for Josh Allen

Josh Allen could not have played a more perfect game… literally. He finished the day 23 of 26 for 353 yards and four touchdowns. Which equates to a QBR of 158.3 or a perfect score. Allen was on fire completing passes at all different levels of the field. Not only that but seven different players for the Bills had a reception in this game, as Allen was spreading the wealth to everyone.

Takeaways

Going into this game I stressed the importance for the Bills to force the Dolphins into turnovers and getting pressure on Tua Tagovailoa. The Bills defense did both. The defense forced four turnovers, three of which were interceptions. Additionally, the got to Tagovailoa five times and force him into some bad throws. The defense played a heck of a game, locking down the Dolphins offense.

Third down efficiency

The Bills offense did an excellent job of extending drives and converting on third down. They finished 8 of 12 on third downs (63 percent) and continually moved the chains when they needed to. The result led to the Bills dominating time of possession and running the division rival Dolphins out of Orchard Park in a blowout fashion.

The Bills will be at home next week as they take on the (3-9) Arizona Cardinals at New Era Field.
