A huge need for the Buffalo Bills for a few years now has finally been answered and in the best way possible. Along with that, the trade was announced exactly ten years after Hall of Fame wide receiver, Terrell Owens, announced his signing with the Bills.
Social media went nuts. There were multiple teams other than the Bills that were in the mix for Antonio Brown, but the underdog Bills prevailed…
…or so we thought.
After the NFL posted the announcement on Instagram, Brown commented on the post denying the report.
The latest update we have is that the two teams have swapped first round picks. The Steelers would hop eleven picks and obtain the ninth overall pick while the Bills fall back to the twentieth pick. The Bills did something similar last year with the Corey Glenn trade to the Cincinnati Bengals.
Nothing is for certain, but more details should be announced soon. For now, we wait.
